Pastor Charles Steven Langley is a Worshipper of Christ Jesus, Servant-leader, Teacher, resilient Preacher, Counselor, Motivational Speaker, Mentor, and a distinguished Visionary dedicated to building the kingdom of God. A reputable man of God, he is passionate about reaching out to lost souls and giving to the needs of his congregation and the community in which he serves. Pastor Charles is the founder and Lead Visionary of the Refuge Church of God in Christ.
He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of fifteen in a revival conducted by Evangelist Isaac Patrick at the Rehoboth Temple C.O.G.I.C. Having known at a very young age there was a calling on his life,
